You are required to apply for approval and obtain ISC’s Letter of Endorsement before commencing work.

- Complete Section A
- Obtain endorsement for Sections B and C from your employer and school, respectively
- Submit the application form (with Sections A, B and C completed) to ISC
- ISC will inform you of the outcome of your application by email within three working days
- If successful, please collect the Letter of Endorsement from ISC

| Obtain the stamp and signature of your employer and school for Sections B and C. |

Attach your photograph to the application form.
If you hold a scholarship, enclose supporting documents conveying approval for you to work part-time.
Submit your application to ISC. |
