FAQs on Sports & Recreation
The Sports & Recreation Centre caters to the sporting and recreational needs of the University community. We aim to provide a complete learning experience for our students as we believe that participation in sports and recreational activities forms an integral part of university education. Located at our Centre is also the Healthy Lifestyle Unit which implements health education and healthy lifestyle programmes and activities for students. Visit us today at the Sports and Recreation Centre or drop us your feedback online.
Think Safe. Play Safe. Stay Safe
Besides enjoying any sports activity, sports safety should always be a priority for everyone. Before any activity, you may wish to fill up the PAR-Q, a physical activity readiness questionnaire for individuals to find out more about their physical ability before engaging in any physical activity. It is an easy and convenient way to do some self-assessment before any activity. Check out the FAQs for more information.
