The Healthy Lifestyle Unit organises, co-ordinates and implements health education and healthy lifestyle programmes and activities for the students. It is located at the Sports & Recreation Centre and comes under the Student Affairs Office.

In conjunction with this year's National Smoking Control Campaign and the World No Tobacco Day (which falls on 31 May 2009), the Health Promotion Board will be organizing the following competitions with the theme "Live It Up Without Lighting Up".
