Vacating procedure

If you wish to move out, you must submit your "Vacate Notice" under "Graduate Students' Accommodation" at least 14 days prior to your last day of residence. You will also need to clear all outstanding rentals.

A staff from the Office of Estate and Amenities will make arrangements to check your room before you vacate.  Please ensure that your room is clean and you have cleared all unwanted items.  You may not be able to claim your deposit if this is not done.

ISC will be informed once this is complete and arrangements will be made to credit your deposit to your bank account.

Students who fail to notify ISC at least 14 days prior to their last day of residence will not be able to claim their deposit.

To clear unwanted items left behind in room after check out $20.00 per room ( to be deducted from room deposit)
Any items damaged Amount to be deducted from room deposit at replacement costs + admin fees
