Coursework students upon collection of room keys, are required to pay the application fee of S$15.75, a 1-month deposit and first-month rental by NETS or cash card at the ISC.

For cash payment, please go to Office of Finance (3rd Floor, Student Services Centre) and email the receipt number to isc@ntu.edu.sg

For example, the total amount payable for the first month by a student who chooses to stay in a single room in Graduate Hall will be S$715.75 (S$15.75 application fee + S$350.00 1-month deposit + S$350.00 first-month rental).

Subsequent rental payment will be made via GIRO deduction which can be arranged once you have opened your bank account here.

Research students are required to pay the application fee of S$15.75 upon collection of room keys.  The 1-month deposit and room rental will be deducted automatically from your monthly stipend.

Rental is pro-rated on a weekly basis from 1st to 7th, 8th to 14th of the month and so on.  If you would like to stay until 10th of a particular month, you will pay 2 weeks' rental.

Request for an extension of lease can be considered on a case-by-case basis and is subjected to the availability of rooms.
