Upon your arrival, you may collect the keys at the International Student Centre during office hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to 5.45pm
Friday: 8.30 am to 5.15pm

You may authorise your friend to collect the keys on your behalf if you arrive after office hours. Otherwise, we will arrange for a resident to hand you the keys.
